To make this fruit salad recipe, you will need the following:
- strawberries
- watermelon
- bananas
- pineapple chunks
- kiwis
- blueberries
- raspberries
- honey
- fresh lime juice
Making fruit salad
Add all of the fruit to a large bowl.
In a separate smaller bowl, mix together the lime juice and honey. (Note: vegans use alternative sweetener such as maple syrup or agave).
Pour the honey – lime mixture over the fruit and toss to coat it all.
Gently toss to combine. Serve cold or at room temperature and enjoy! Optional: sprinkle on a little fresh mint for an extra flavor pop. I almost never do this, and it is definitely good without it. If you really love mint, try it out!
