Baked French Toast

Baked French toast is a perfect breakfast treat for weekends, holidays and special occasions.

If you are looking for an easy and tasty breakfast for Christmas morning, this may be a great option. Decadent brioche or sourdough bread, cooked in an egg mixture, cinnamon, brown sugar and real maple syrup. Yum!

I also love that this is a breakfast bake/ breakfast casserole situation that you can assemble the night before, and then pull out of the refrigerator and bake the next day. It is pretty hands off if you do it this way.

This would be easy to let bake while everyone is opening gifts, for example. And with prepping the night before, breakfast is ready the next morning without anybody having to be in the kitchen, away from your loved ones.
