Happy New Year AND Happy WIAW! Where I share a day of my eats on Weight Watchers. I shared on YouTube how I really went off the rails with my eating over Christmas. After a week of Christmas indulgence, it feels great to be back on track.
I am including a couple of snapshots from my Instagram account. If you are not already, I would love for you to follow me! I am following other Weight Watchers, and I am getting lots of ideas and support.
Breakfast: Bagel thin (2pp) with egg whites (1pp), ultra thin cheddar (1pp) and avocado slices (1pp). I also had two clementines (0pp) and two cups of coffee with half and half plus sugar (2pp for the two cups).
Lunch was a toasted turkey and provolone sandwich (6pp) with carrots (0pp) and hummus (2pp). I also had a little side salad with garlic stuffed olives (1pp) and garlic herb dressing (1pp).
Snack was popcorn (recycled picture).
I have just about perfected my DIY microwave pop corn, and I am very excited about that. I love how you can customize the flavors! Today I just had 3 TBSP of kernels (3pp) it cooked in 1tsp of canola oil (1pp). I’ll be doing a video soon on my method.
Dinner was chicken spaghetti casserole (9pp), side salad (1pp) and a piece of baguette (2pp).
