Here’s what you’ll need to make air fryer corn on the cob:

  • Fresh parsley – Optional, but it adds a nice fresh finish and a little pop of color.
  • Corn – Fresh ears work best. Be sure to remove the husks and silk before cooking.
  • Avocado oil – This helps the seasoning stick and gives the corn a nice roasted texture. Olive oil or any neutral cooking oil works too.
  • Kosher salt and black pepper – These simple seasonings are all you need.
  • Butter – Optional, but highly recommended for serving. Use vegan butter to keep this recipe vegan.

Butter can be substituted for the avocado oil if you prefer. You can also change up the seasonings to match your menu. This recipe is very flexible!

Cook at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through.

Check the corn once or twice as it cooks to make sure it doesn’t burn. If your air fryer or corn is on the smaller side, you might need to cook in batches.

Once the corn is done, remove it from the air fryer. While it is still hot, roll it in butter, if using, and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.

Serve and enjoy!

Leftovers

Store leftovers in a covered container in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Always use common sense and good judgment when it comes to leftovers, though! If something looks or smells funky, don’t eat it.
