Today I am sharing my Weight Watchers weigh in results. Plus I talk about getting back on track after a two week vacation. I am calling this “pressing the reset button.” To a lot of people I think this could mean jumping back into something super strict like a cleanse or detox.
Well, I am not a fan of cleanses or detoxes. To me that just means voluntary starvation, and it just seems like a recipe for deprivation and it reminds me of all the times I have jumped on that crazy cycle. I do not want to repeat that.
