I post a meal plan each week for a couple of reasons: (1) It holds me accountable to actually DO a plan and (2) My followers find it helpful for inspiration, recipe sharing, etc.
I try to link to recipes as much as possible, even if they are not my own. This is a great way to give some link love to my favorite bloggers, as well as giving you all more places to find great recipes.
A few other notes:
1. We are not perfect. Sometimes we eat things that wouldn’t be considered 100% healthy. And I am okay with that. I share anyway!
2. Plans change. I may plan, but life can throw you some curve balls. Usually if I do not end up making a planned meal, I will carry it over to the next week.
3. I work in a lot of “easy” meals…i.e., store bought rotisserie chickens, freezer meals, etc. I am a busy working mom, so I am sure many of you can relate. Sometimes you’ve just gotta have a little break.
