Today I share my weigh in results for my first week back on Simply Filling. I also share three tips for surviving the holidays while maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle.
I have NOT been very consistent about keeping up my YouTube channel, especially the weigh in videos. Thank you to all who have send messages and/or comments asking about YouTube videos. I am touched that you guys (a) noticed my absence and (b) even care what I have to say!
