My Food Philosophy
I try to eat healthy as much as possible. There are a few common sense guidelines that I follow for myself.
But I am not perfect, and I still break about every one of these from time to time. These are meant to be practical guidelines that I try to stick to most of the time.
I eat intuitively as much as possible, and I avoid dieting and dieting mindset. I did Weight Watchers for many years, and I recently gave it up to learn to eat more intuitively.
I adore YouTube! Here is my channel. I talk about a lot of different things on YouTube – Intuitive Eating, life lessons, nail polish and even grocery hauls.
