I love to work with natural ingredients and whole foods as much as possible in my recipes. I am definitely not perfect, but I just feel better when I am eating this way. For more on my food philosophy, click here.
I myself am a Weight Watcher. So most of my recipes are very Weight Watchers friendly. Some of them happen to be Simply Filling (or Simple Start) as well. I include PointsPlus for all of my recipes.
