If you want to kick your cheese and crackers up a notch or two, I’ve got a little recipe for you today!
This is a simple snack that you can enjoy on your own, and it is also elegant enough to serve to guests. Bonus points that it happens to be gluten free!
Honey and goat cheese together is my new love. YUM. The tangy-ness of the goat cheese up next to the sweetness of honey is like a yummy little flavor bomb that I cannot. stop. eating!
And when you add it to the salty crunch of these little Blue Diamond Nut Thins…YUM!
And to add a little flavor pop, I added some chopped fresh thyme leaves on top. This step is totally optional, and it will still be delicious without it. I happen to grow thyme in my back yard, so I just snipped a few sprigs to use. It is such a yummy flavor combination.
- 7 Blue Diamond Nut Thins Crackers
- 1 grams serving of goat cheese 28
- teaspoon drizzle of honey (about 1/2 or more to taste)
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 Tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
Spread the goat cheese on the craker.
Drizzle with honey.
Add blueberries on top.
Optional: garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
