Honey and goat cheese together is my new love. YUM. The tangy-ness of the goat cheese up next to the sweetness of honey is like a yummy little flavor bomb that I cannot. stop. eating!
And when you add it to the salty crunch of these little Blue Diamond Nut Thins…YUM!
And to add a little flavor pop, I added some chopped fresh thyme leaves on top. This step is totally optional, and it will still be delicious without it. I happen to grow thyme in my back yard, so I just snipped a few sprigs to use. It is such a yummy flavor combination.
- 7 Blue Diamond Nut Thins Crackers
- 1 serving (28 grams) of goat cheese
- drizzle of honey (about ½ teaspoon, or more to taste)
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ Tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- Spread the goat cheese on the craker.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Add blueberries on top.
- Optional: garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
