For breakfast I have been on a scramble kick lately. So I scrambled two whole eggs (4pp) with peppers, green onions, turkey sausage (not enough to register points) and a sprinkle of 2% cheddar (1pp). I also had two clementines and 2 cups of coffee with half anf half (1pp).
I grabbed a mid morning snack on my way to a doctor’s appointment – yogurt 3pp.
I stopped by Whole Foods on the way home and grabbed some brown rice sushi (estimated 11pp?)…and SO delicious!
Those of you who have followed me for any length of time know that I LOVE sushi from Whole Foods. I’ve been on a sushi kick lately.
I worked right up until it was time to go get my son from daycare, and I ate a tablespoon of peanut butter right out of the jar on the way out the door (3pp – not picutred!).
The evening was so busy that I scrapped my original dinner plans, and I just made spaghetti instead…with bottled pre-made sauce and lean ground beef (4pp). Ah well, it happens sometimes. We did have it over some whole wheat pasta (5pp) and parmesan cheese (1pp) on top.
I didn’t have the salad with it shown above. I just had to use a recycled picture since I didn’t take one. Oh, and little man stole my bread…LOL! I made bread, but I let him have mine.
Do your kids eat off your plate? (<- makes tracking and measuring tricky, no?)
