Happy WIAW! I am sharing a day of my eats on Weight Watchers. I would love more of my Weight Watchers blogging friends to participate. If you wan to join in the WIAW fun, here is where you can link up:
The sandwich tasted a lot like a grilled cheese. Yum! Egg whites are basically a blank slate, and they will take on the flavor of whatever you add to them. I enjoyed breakfast at my desk while I did some work. I was able to take a break and get my burn on my Sole F63 Treadmill It was not great weather for being outside, so my treadmill comes in handy on a day like that! For lunch I reheated a leftover hamburger that my husband grilled out night before last. I had it on a wheat bun with ketchup, mayo and cheddar cheese (12 PP). On the side I had a salad (0 PP) with my homemade single serving balsamic vinaigrette (1 PP), pickles (0 PP) and grapes (0 PP). It was so filling and delicious. Worked some more, and then came up for a little afternoon snack. I craving something sweet. So I got a chocolate peanut butter VitaTop and put some light whipped topping on it for a decadent snack (4 PP). Did you know that Vitalicious has awesome flavors that are available online only? I am enjoying them SO much, and I feel like they are keeping me from feeling deprived. Check them out. For dinner I made some chicken on my grill pan. I seasoned some chicken breast (5 PP) with salt, pepper, garlic, basil, oregano and canola oil (1 PP for the oil) and seared it on a grill pan. Then I finished it off for 15 minutes in the oven to make sure it was done all the way through. The result – awesome restaurant-like grilled chicken! I had a baked sweet potato (4 PP) with cinnamon, plus a side of broccoli (0 PP). It was so good!
