Today I am sharing a day of my healthy eats. I have been doing Weight Watchers since October 2013, and I have lost over thirty pounds so far. You can read more on my back story here.
Also I get lots of new traffic on Wednesdays from the link party (hi y’all! *wave*), and new folks I would suggest you check out my page for new visitors. It will help you get to know me, plus give you a better idea of what I write about.
Breakfast was my standard oatmeal recipe (4pp), topped with blueberries. I also had two cups of coffee with half and half plus sugar (2pp for the two cups).
Dinner was chicken (2pp), tomatoes and pasta (5pp) tossed in my lightened up pesto sauce (2pp). I also had a little piece of baguette (2pp, not pictured).
