Welcome to my weekly What I Ate Wednesday post, where I share a day of my healthy eats on Weight Watchers. If you are new to my site, I would encourage you to take a look at my backstory and my page for new visitors and new followers.
Now let’s get to the food, shall we?!
Breakfast: Two hardboiled eggs (4pp), a slice of wheat toast (1pp), watermelon and coffee (2pp for the half-and-half and sugar that I put in two cups).
Lunch: Who ever said bagels were just for breakfast?! Not me! I made a little toaster sandwich on a whole wheat bagel thin (3pp) with thin cheddar (1pp), light veggie cream cheese (1pp), turkey (2pp) and kale sprouts. Yum! On the side I made myself a giant salad with a wedge of laughing cow (1pp) and tomatoes with my homemade single serving balsamic vinaigrette (1pp).
Snack: I had a light flatout wrap (2pp) with PB2 (1pp) rolled around a banana. Yum!
Dinner: We went to Mellow Mushroom. I got a little Greek salad (4pp) with esperanza dressing (3pp for three quarters of a serving). I also had one slice of a small pizza (8pp) with s little ham on top. It was so good! I ended up using a few weeklies, but it was definitely worth it, and I did not overeat. Filling up with a huge salad first was a good choice, I think.
