It’s What I Ate Wednesday, where I share a day of my healthy eats. I have been doing Weight Watchers since October, and I have lost over thirty pounds so far. I get 30 PointsPlus a day, and here is a sample day of how I use those points.
For breakfast I kept it pretty simple. I had a Greek yogurt (4pp), a banana and two cups of coffee with half and half and sugar (2pp for the two cups).
After lunch I had my DIY iced coffee (1pp), plus two small squares of dark chocolate (1pp)
For dinner I made fiesta pile-ons. I started with a bed of greens, and I added some brown rice (4pp), black beans(1pp), seasoned ground beef (5pp), reduced fat cheddar (1pp), tomatoes and guacamole (2pp).
After dinner I realized that I had a point left, so I had a piece of Dove dark chocolate (1pp). If you want more WIAW goodness, head on over to Peas and Crayons.
