Every week I participate in a link party, What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW), where I share a day of my healthy eats. I have been doing Weight Watchers since mid October 2013, and I have lost over thirty pounds! If you want to see my WIAW history, click here.
Let’s get right to it, shall we?! For breakfast I had some egg whites (1pp) and thin cheddar (1pp) on a toasted wheat bagel thin (3pp). I also had a pear and two cups of coffee (2pp for the sugar and half and half).
After lunch I had a Dove dark chocolate promise (1pp) and and iced coffee (1pp). See how to make my super simple DIY iced coffee here.
For snack I had a 3pp smoothie that I made with my Nutribullet: strawberry, banana, greek yogurt (1pp), coconut milk (1pp) and chia seed (1pp)
For dinner I baked some scallops (2pp) in real butter (1pp) with thyme and and garlic. They were so good! I had planned to make seared scallops, but the size of the scallops they had at the store were small, so I baked them instead. I served it with broccoli and a baked sweet potato (4pp) with butter (1pp).
